Who we are
Rasakkon Foundation is a local initiative rooted in Ward 10, Punkudutivi, Jaffna.
We are a small group with a big heart, committed to transforming lives in our village through practical, compassionate action.
We support children with special needs by providing access to education, resources, and care tailored to their growth and development.
A simple, warm meal can be life-changing. We organize regular meal sponsorships for children, the elderly, and vulnerable families.
We help families gain independence through meaningful resources — planting trees, distributing plants, and gifting cows — promoting self-sufficiency and environmental harmony.
From local clean-up drives to cultural programs, we engage with the heart of Punkudutivi to keep our traditions alive and our community thriving.
Why We Exist
We saw the needs of our community
children without support, families without stable livelihoods, and elders with no one to care for them. Rasakkon Foundation was born out of the simple belief: “If not us, who?”
